We opted for the comped night which included a very nice hotel and $100 in meal vouchers. We absolutely LOVED Doha and the hotel and food was fantastic! I don't think I have ever received better service from an airline or a hotel. We ended up walking around Souq Waquif and the downtown until 1am (we are two young females!) with no issue and just used Uber to get to and from the hotel. Everything was so well laid out for us! No complaints whatsoever!"

Some how there was a miscommunication between JetBlue and kayak because my flight was canceled with JetBlue through kayak. I would not have know my flight was canceled unless I had called to verify exactly when my flight was. There was poor communication between kayak and JetBlue and I will never book with neither company every again.
Wheel service at Dubai airport need to improve. There is no direct service from one gate to another gate for transfer passengers, passengers have to wait for long. Thanks

Minus: "The entertainment set up was dated and malfunctioning"
Plus: "I was amazed to be upgraded to Business class!!! I wonder why. Anyway, the service was amazing, and the staff very friendly and helpful!!! The food was superb."

Minus: "The food was cold and awful and it's hard to understand how can they run out of drinks barely half way through Economy during service. A couple of the cabin crew females were rude."

Plus: "I was okay till got to sit on their tight sits for 15 hours they could have done better. After 15 hours flight no one cared enough to guide us to rest place, because the next flight was not to the next day, was hoping to let us stay on the hotel. This was a disaster planning by the airline."
Minus: "1.45 hours connection time in Dubai was hardly sufficient. Had to run through main terminal. Despite being in business class, no special service to bring us to the gate. Not good enough frankly."
Plus: "The Airbus was very good -as comfortable as possible in Economy."
Minus: "It was a little noisy in our seats (we were next to one of the crew areas). But the biggest gripe was about the way we were treated when queuing. We all expect to have to wait our turn but it's incredibly frustrating when 1) the system isn't fair (eg splitting a queue into two then allowing those behind you to go to the front of a new line) and 2) treating us like second class by drawing a curtain in front of our faces so Business class people don't have to see us when they disembark."
Minus: "In my flight from Milan (MXP) to New York (JFK), I had a seat on 63C (aisle seat). A woman seating on my sided asked me to change my seat with her son who was on 74F (middle seat). I said no, because it would be a seat several rows back an in the middle. I had paid more to have the aisle seat, so it did not make any sense to change to a middle seat. However, some minutes later, an Emirates employee asked me again if I could change the seats. He created such an awkward situation, that it was impossible to do not change to the other seat. I tried to argument that he was giving me no other option, but to accept the change. In summary, I had a good seat due to the higher fee that I had paid, but I was transferred to the back in a middle seat. I thought Emirates was a serious company. As I told their employee, I do not plain to fly with them anymore."
Plus: "Boarding procedure kept changing from flight to flight,keeping one guessing....Food(Asian Vegetarian was so so...served at random...."
Minus: "Luggage came on time."
LONG flight, courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Plane neat as a pin. Food great by current airline standards. Flights on time to the minute - what else could you ask for?
Thankfully the flight was short, but the crew was not very receptive and kind. They were s little ubrupt.

Plus: "Amazing - they had a full dinner for a 9:55pm flight, with real silverware, complementary alcohol, for economy passengers! Crew extremely professional and efficient."
Minus: "We were packed like sardines! My flight made me want to retire from traveling!"
Minus: "Entertainment system is dated. Screens froze often, were not very touch sensitive and the sound was pretty bad (on mine, would only provide sound to one ear, so I had to turn up other bc of poor quality and ended up w a headache.) Also, bathrooms were gross; ran out of paper and floors were "soiled""

Minus: "Seating in economy was very cramped (pitch felt like 77”) and food and entertainment nothing special. Somehow I had higher expectations for comfort and service, even in economy."
Minus: "The crew responsible for boarding did not provide timely information (especially on who boarding order) and "made up" for this lack of communication by yelling and screaming at passengers as if they were cattle."
Plus: "Professional courteous staff"
Minus: "Tray table slid downward whenever it was opened. Headphones quit after the first hour and got scratchy. So little room..tiny video screen. I could not get advance seating because of a code share flight."
Plus: "Liked nothing. Stewards were no help. Seating was extremely tight. I am disabled and use a small travel scooter. They removed the batteries even though they are not lithium or spillable. I called months in advance with all specifications and still they were clueless. We will never fly Swiss again. I am disabled and received no help. They removed the batteries of my scooter and we had to carry them on our lap. I had to tell them to put the batteries back in the scooter. They failed in every facet."

Minus: "While waiting to board SFO-ZRH flight Swissair personnel walked around and randomly pulled out passengers from line to check luggage dimensions. Since manufacturers adhere to airline baggage standards, no violations were found during checks. This misguided effort only resulted in publicly humiliating Swissair customers. Boarding process was pure pandemonium...this was the first time in recent memory, where all coach passengers were invited to board at the same time! Very inefficient! Crowded seating in coach,with ten passengers sandwiched in across Boeing 767 aircraft. Competing airlines flying identical aircraft have nine across seatings Thin seat cushions cause leg cramps after a few hours."
Plus: "All good, just perfect and friendly crew. Great aircraft (B777)"
Plus: "The Plane was modern, they had food / drinks for us, and overall the flight experience was excellent."
Minus: "Extremely crowded no place to wait, Split Airport has too many planes coming in/out and not much space for passengers."

Plus: "The flight to Zurich was delayed so I would have missed my connecting flight. We were automatically rebooked on British airways which got us home three hours sooner than the Swiss air connections. If they did the rebooking, I find that a real plus but can not rate them on anything else."
Plus: "We did finally take off for our trip and get to our destination. The movies were tremendous help to pass the time. The food was delicious for hungry tired people"
Minus: "The crews rushed passed you and never offered if you needed further. One cup of soda after all those hours waiting left feeling dehydrated. Crews could have been more accommodating as made me feel like I was inconveniencing them instead of happy to assist me"

Minus: "For 9 hr flight the space between the seats in economy class was way too small. Im 1.75cm (medium) and I felt squeesed and very unconfitable not like in Lufthansa airplane flying from Newark to Dussldorf. (Flight only 6:15min) In addition, when front passenger moved his seat back on me I had a lot of difficulties with getting in and out of my seaat."
Plus: "The attention to Detail during the entire flight. Sure beats the US flights!"

Minus: "The business class seats were just like the economy class, not wider or extra space, only an empty seat in between, not worth the money. The first flight from Cairo to Zürich, no meal or snack was offered. Very disappointed in Swiss business class"

Minus: "Allt annat. Fick vänta 2 timmar ombord flyg utan AC (35 grader varmt?) innan besked kom att planet ej var flygdugligt. Sen fick vi vänta ytterligare 1 timme ombord i värmen helt ohyggligt när folk börjar oroa sig för konsekvenserna etc det var ju uppenbart ingen skulle komma ut amma kväll (efter midnatt). När väl ute fanns bara 1 service desk till hela planet, jag kunde åka hem och sova och skita i vouchers men de som behövde hotell lär ha väntat halva natten. Det enda som var ok var att de svarade snabbt på telefon följande morgon - men meddelade inte som man sagt den nya bokningen via sms eller mail!"
Minus: "I ordered a low carb meal . Only 1 pear + 1 apple for the later snack was a bit disapointed. Not balanced easy."
