Minus: Too long standing around for boarding as the plane was delayed and needed cleaning

Plus: Crew were amazing arrived early

Minus: In flight entertainment

Minus: Communication with passengers As the flight was 3 hours late.

Minus: We were stuck in the runway for an hour before taking off. I was late for my connection.

Minus: Big delay uncomfortable plane

Plus: the leg room was fine

Minus: the getting to the airplane and from the airplane after landing can be better by using more busses

Plus: I like the extremely low price of the ticket.

Minus: The seats need to be more comfortable.

Plus: Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic.

Minus: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Minus: Cabin crew were arrogant and didn’t allow us to storage our backpacks in the over head cabins.

Plus: Good seats

Minus: Boarding process and Entertainment options. Availability of Snacks would also been good

Minus: Our tickets had been cancelled when we got to the airport. Had to purchase new ones. Now we have to fight to get reimbursed. Not happy

Minus: Virtually no information at boarding which made everybody just make a huge line. Boarding they a bus, it was raining and we got wet.

Minus: Kayak updated me that my flight would be late. It wasn't. Missed it had to pay $700

Minus: Not necessary to buy a business class ticket, as all the new planes have standard economy seats in the front as well.

Minus: flight was delayed by 3 hours; very rude and indifferent ground staff, almost impossible to rebook; no information/help was provided; barely made our next flight

Minus: 50 min. delay for absolutely nothing. No proper gate available. Only one bus had to serve all passengers from terminal to aircraft. Lufthansa should not operate as a budget airline.

Plus: All seats were very comfortable and spots where I can view everything and crew were awesome.

Minus: Local travelers should be offered even water.

Plus: Early morning flight so left on time and arrived early. Staff excellent.

Minus: Seats are grim like most European carriers in coach...

Plus: By far the best of the 4 flights involved in my trip. Everything went smooth except for deboarding, but that's because of the people, not the airline staff. There was constantly an attendant walking the plane offering water refills entire flight. 3 beverage services, 2 meals, and constant water. Very very good experience

Plus: Crew were very nice and accommodating. Chocolate always appreciated!

Minus: The passenger in front of me slammed into my knees. I am very tall. She was not but she sure got her seat back as far as possible in spite of having he bulkhead sear, so I had to be careful of my position the rest of the flight

Plus: I liked the attentiveness of staff and there was excellent communication between SWISS airlines and customers.

Minus: I honestly had no issues with my flight.

Minus: Games sollten Nachts gesperrt werden. Die gute Dame hinter mir spielte wohl die ganze Nacht Solitaire und mein Sitz schüttelte immer. Auf meine bitte zu stoppen weder kommentar noch reaktion.

Plus: The airline is top notch and treated you great like it should be.

Minus: The sears where a little tight but not bad and the movie options were ok not great.

Minus: Frankfurt connecting flights, security, and Passport control are terribly inefficient, with unclear guides to get passengers from B gates to A gates.

Plus: Full bottle of water and continuous refreshments in flight.

Minus: Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies

Plus: Everything went smoothly.

Plus: The whole experience was without issue - I arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 15 min before my flight, I checked in with the automated kiosk, received my luggage lablel, proceeded to the bag drop, placed my bag on the belt, the machine scanned my bag and check in was complete - all done in 6 minutes.

Minus: Lining up at the boarding gate blocked those other passengers going to other gates - my only suggestion is to put a barrier between the thoroughfare and those waiting to go into the gate but I am thinking this is more an airport issue, rather than an airline issue as such - not a major issue.

Minus: much more timely assistance following our missing this flight

Minus: I had small carry on And there were nowhere to put them. The cabin for the carry one were full and my carry on had to be placed somewhere else, and knowing I had personal information in my bag. Very disappointed

Minus: SOME CREW MEMBERS WERE ABIT RUDE. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDE

Minus: I requested Asian vegetarian meal and I got regular vegetables and some products used by people with Celiac problems, even the wrapping of the "fake" bread says that it was for people with celiac problems. I tried three monitors and none worked properly. Any way with the poor selections of movies I did not miss it. I only missed it because I like to watch the flying statistics.

Minus: Not being able to choose my seat on a 500€ return flight is a joke.

Plus: It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late.

Minus: We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off
