Minus: Seats are not comfortable for long haul. Airbus 380 premier economy. Not enough reclining and leg support.

Minus: Checking in agent should be polite

Minus: The flight was late! Nightmare at boarding! I arrived an hour and a half late They lost my luggage I have not heard back yet

Plus: From Casablanca to Accra the seat was very comfortable, and they gave us blankets, pillow, socks and eye mask (none of these provided from Barcelona to Casablanca, and the seat was smaller) Good food and tea service.

Minus: Personal tv missing.

Plus: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

Minus: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

Minus: A better breakfast...

Plus: A350, very comfortable and quiet. Good crew and pleasant flight

Minus: cabin temperature was a bit too high through the night.

Minus: The seats are uncomfortable, no leg room, no space between seats and the trays hit ones’s stomach. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The food was awful. Overheated and not cooked through at the same time. Breakfast was odd. Non-Greek yoghurt and cashews. Just strange.

Minus: Super uncomfortable seats (the most ever) No personal tv/entertainment.

Plus: Efficient check in and polite crew.

Plus: Everything. Flying First class is the only way to fly

Plus: The crew and personal were ok.

Minus: They have the most uncomfortable seats in the industry. Seat was literally 5 cm (2 inches) thick and did not recline. Impossible to relax/sleep, I ended up with back pain and legs cramped for 2 full days. Terrible overnight flight. Luggage policy is not clear. Carry on items have to weight less than 8 kg (normally is 12 kg), and to check your bag you have to pay. No personal tv/entertainment.

Minus: The plane waited 40 minutes for delayed connecting flights to arrive. It's great for some passengers because they don't miss the transatlantic flight, but it causes others to miss their connections on the other end. It added to very stressful deplaning.

Minus: Food and entertainment cud be better

Plus: The crew was friendly and helpful.

Minus: The aircraft looked new. However the seat widths seemed small. Awkward recline as well. The seats were just not comfortable.

Plus: I didn’t like a thing. The crew from the gate all the way to the end was rude and nasty. The crew scanning people to get on the plane were so rude at the beginning it was the worst and I fly for my work and I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again.

Minus: Train the staff to be nice and pleasant

Minus: flight was delayed by 3 hours; very rude and indifferent ground staff, almost impossible to rebook; no information/help was provided; barely made our next flight

Plus: Some on crew lovely. Others terrible, bitter people, not at all suited for customer service.

Minus: Disgusting food. Price gouging for checked baggage. Surly attitudes.

Plus: Crew was great and seats had footrests.

Minus: Very old plane with outdated entertainment system and no power outlets. Had to take bus to plane, we repeatedly lined up for boarding only to have our flight delayed again and again.

Minus: Very cramped seat on the TGV train. I will definitely choose and pay a seat on my own next time, rather than accepting the on picked by Air France... And it will be cheaper, too!

Plus: Good selection of movies.

Minus: Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag.

Minus: I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive.

Minus: New variety of food

Plus: Swiss is my new favorite airline.

Minus: Nothing bad to report. Book Swiss!

Plus: Great smooth flight, crew were friendly and many movies and shoes to choose from.

Minus: Seats are tight and not much leg room for the unfortunate ones who fly Economy class. Food was ok.

Plus: The crew was pleasant and worked very hard to keep our stomachs full! I loved all the free movies!

Plus: Everything works and quick to get to destination.

Plus: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Minus: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Plus: Service and crew amazing friendly and went out of the way to Make u feel special even the pilots gave updates thru out the flight

Minus: Not being to help on the ground in Copenhagen with delta issues

Plus: Klm's consistantly high standards in everything they do.

Minus: Nothing

Minus: Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though.

Minus: Advertised October Pink products but did not have them for breast cancer support

Plus: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.

Minus: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.

Plus: The seat was very comfortable.

Minus: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.

Minus: Food is horrible, aircraft interior run down, my seat table was dirty.

Plus: Great crew.

Minus: Flight was delayed by about half hour & so was arrival.

Plus: The crew was NOT amazing, everyone had to walked back to the cabin to ask for water because not a single staff person would go check on us when we pushed the help button. I my self pushed it because I needed water to take my medicine and they ignored me until I walked my self to the back of the plane and asked for some water. Everyone was back there laughing having a good time while many of us were calling them over for help and they didn’t care.

Minus: Staff doing their job would have been nice

Plus: The crew was really good

Plus: The crew was amazing, friendly and on-top of it. the filght was great. I was next too a large, smelly man and that affected my flight, but that was out of the airline crew's control made the flight a bit uncomfortable.

Minus: Not to be seated next to a large man and a child behind me kicking my seat. Again, items out of your control. There is one item, and that is, I forgot to request a vegan food option and it would have been nice to have one last minute even though I did not request it.

Plus: On time

Minus: The window seats in these new airplanes are freezing.

Plus: Unlike my previous BA LHR-PHX flights, this one was in a 787. The humidity is much better in a 787. It makes a huge comfort difference in a 10-hour flight. As always on BA, the food was very good.

Minus: Seats were a a bit cramped. The flight crew seemed overworked.

Plus: The pilots gave details of flying conditions and landing conditions. Flight was smooth and on time

Plus: Boarded and left on time

Minus: Food was awful. It was so hot I was fanning myself. I had a 11 hour flight and than a 10 hour flight after both British airways, and the same exact food. So I just went hungry. I smelled something amazing so thought I would get a good hot meal as my last meal since I had not had anything in 9hours, but nope, just got a measly cold sandwich. I won’t book British airlines again for international travel, I’ll stick to emirates.

Minus: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Plus: Flight was on time.

Minus: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Plus: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Plus: Klm's consistantly high standards in everything they do.
