Our stay at the Fairmont Heritage was extremely relaxing. The kitchen, laundry in the unit, and the overall decor were perfect for our needs. The hotel staff were friendly and always willing to help make our experience pleasant.
I liked the decor in the rooms. The size of the apartments was fantastic. The location and views of the bay was fabulous. The hotel staff were also fantastic & went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Clean, renovated, stylish, friendly, with a perfect location. Not a the over priced dirty old hotel usually available for the price in the warf. I did not pick the hotel or we wouldn't have stayed in this area. I was WRONG. They've saved an old hotel from being an awful tourist trap. I was anticipating mushrooms growing on the carpets and paint from the 70's. But it was as clean as a Hampton in or Holiday in express I would usually use during the week for work. Location is at the end of the war so getting in and out of there was easy. It's also at the end of Columbus state getting into little Italy and over to China town were also simple. Again, I did not expect this clean of a room for that close to $200 in this area. Would stay here again if asked to. Charged for waters. Hotel elevator room card reader. In room AC could have worked better, but it was well enough that we didn't bother to complain. Not enough outlets. Though there are charging stations in the room, only 1 next to the bed and the other shut off when the TV was off. Stairwell doors all need new door closers. Bed looked lumpy but slept fine.
Location Booked and paid extra for king bed, when we checked in there were none available, so still had to pay extra for 2 queens.
I liked that we were in walking distance of the wharf and North Shore. A few blocks from the congestion of fisherman's wharf gave us some peace and quiet. We were able to sleep with the window's open without the noise from the streets or groups of people invading our space.
The room cleanliness and decor. Customer service-I had requested a 1 bed and they initially gave me a double. So we had to go change rooms. Then at 6am there's was a fire drill so everyone had to evacuate but the issue is that the staff never offered an apology.

The place was gorgeous, clean and spacious But they were so understaffed. We checked in at 430pm and did not receive our crib for the baby until close to 10pm! We had to call them once to remind and I had to remind them at the counter when I came back from the store. We also added some items for them to bring up like baby shampoo and toothpaste, etc. when housekeeping came up at 930pm, he only brought the small items. I asked about the pack and play and he said they never told him. I assumed he was going to ring our toothpaste and the bedding for the baby, no. They didn't tell him about the toothpaste either!!!!! He had to come back twice!!! It was late and waaaaay past the kids bedtime. Sooooo annoying. The ladies at the counter made it seem like they would take care of everything but they didn't. One of them even asked me about the crib check in. Very disappointed.
Great location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had 2 doubles and the beds sagged in the middle. Very hard for two people to sleep in a bed. Kept rolling into eachother. Please update mattresses.
I was here on business. I was very pleased with my room and the staff. My room was really clean and the workout room had many treadmills. The only thing negative comments would be minor so I won't even mention them. Thank you Hyatt !!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and comfortable and you couldn't ask for a better location for Fisherman's Wharf.
Price, Location, access to taxi's. I requested the earliest possible check in time, and after my flight landed on the day of check in, the Hotel text me and said that I couldn't check in until after 3pm. I didn't have a rental car so I had to drag my luggage around downtown SF. I also requested to have a room with a view and a room on the highest floor possible. I was put on the 3rd floor with a window facing the hotels interior roof top. Zero view. There were large cobwebs above the bathroom door frame, the top sheet of my bed was yellowed on the underside and there were a few small stain marks on the sheets that were either wine, juice, or blood. King size bed was not comfortable at all. I HATE the hotels TV/entertainment system. The remote has a rollerball to control a mouse on the screen that is so small you can't read it unless you are sitting in the chair at the desk. Least user-friendly system I've ever used in a hotel. It's like you are watching tv through the computer's "tv application". Really strange.
Location Price confirmed by booking.com was not registered with the hotel. When they tried to charge a higher rate, I had to present the confirmation email from booking.com in order to get it adjusted down to the confirmed amount.
The hotel was clean and convenient to getting around the city, especially the piers and fidi, which is why we chose it. The neighborhood is very touristy, which means the restaurants aren't great, nor is the shopping, but it's close to some tourist attractions if that's the purpose of your visit. The outdoor pool and spa were an added bonus! The hotel also offered laundry machines on each floor which was nice (though detergent should be included in the cost!). The room itself was very clean, comfortable and modern. There were USB plugs and big, bright windows as well as an ottoman for lounging while working. The included wifi isn't super fast, but can be upgraded if needed. Some of the desk staff was less knowledgeable and friendly than I would have expected, but others were great and made up for it!
Close to the wharf and waterfront Huge construction going on. Had to take side door, make shift reception area. Didnt really feel welcome. would have preferred to stay elsewhere had I known about it.
Location was close to wharf activities Food and shopping choices were abundant. Location had some logistic predicaments Cable car hub is nearby but there was an accident so I had to take a bus but it didn't go to my END point and I had to walk 5 blocks UPHILL
Ligger bra till för alla aktiviteter i SF. Parkeringsavgift fruktansvärt dyrt och ingen info. Det gamla vanliga kolla innan. Det finns en "public park" next to hotel me dhet andra priser och med samma säkerhet.
Närheten till Pir 39 och hamn för utflykter. Vi saknade en "Shuttle" när vi lämnade hotellet för att ta buss från Pir 39 till Emmervill på morgonen.

Great location close to all the areas of interest. Breakfast was expensive. I suggest going across the street to Denny's for a better value.
Very nice hotel, the remodeled areas are beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, the location is stellar and the staff are graet. I was told that the remodel had changed the layout and contents of the rooms. As a result, I reserved a room with room for four people and arrived to a room that would sleep two. The issue was resolved with rollaway beds (the room was quite large), but that could cause problems for other people.

centralt till både fishermans warf och down town, kabelvagnarna att påstå att de har frukost (continental) det var inget man skall skylta med men det är sällan det är på dessa ställen muffins, kaffevatten m.m. men skall man ha någonstans att sova så funkar det bra
Läget med gångavstånd till många attraktioner i San Fransisco. Nej.
