Minus: Rest rooms were clean, food was adorable, good coffee, no complaints.

Minus: The Florence Airport has difficulty with baggage. Had to wait for over an hour.

Plus: The crew was amazing!

Minus: Food was good, temperatures appropriate for hot and cold. Fresh fruit or vegetables would be nice rather than processed.

Plus: The crew was awesome u almost missed the flight but they really helped out.

Minus: The passenger in front of me slammed into my knees. I am very tall. She was not but she sure got her seat back as far as possible in spite of having he bulkhead sear, so I had to be careful of my position the rest of the flight

Minus: Food and entertainment cud be better

Plus: Great smooth flight, crew were friendly and many movies and shoes to choose from.

Minus: Seats are tight and not much leg room for the unfortunate ones who fly Economy class. Food was ok.

Minus: The baggage fees has to be clearly informed, they have a different fees almost double if u checkin bag from 22hrs of departure, total ripoff. Bundle the baggage fees when you buy ticket.

Plus: The crew was fine. The seats in the A330 are the worst only to be made worse by NO legroom. Very uncomfortable airplane. The flight crew also closes the rear bathroom off during most of the flight, I am assuming so they can use....

Plus: Very professional crew. Nice equipment. Very pleased.

Minus: Way too cramped

Minus: I’d prefer more a la carte food options rather than only boxes of stuff that include 3 things I don’t want.

Plus: On time. Arrive early. Smooth flight and landing.

Minus: More meal options. Only chicken for dinner. I’m vegetarian.

Minus: Meal choices - only serving beef in economy was not great.

Plus: The onboarding process was awesome! The rest was mediocre at best. The cabin was friendly but not helpful. They had weird policies which we have never heard or seen elswhere. The flight had huge screens that won't turn off, it was freezing cold and the crew had no idea how to help.

Minus: More knowledgeable crew and maybe more crew members, as there were too few and the service took more than 2 hours to complete. Never seen that happen on a 7 hour flight.

Minus: Newer movies

Plus: Really nice crew

Minus: The flight could’ve been on time and not delayed 24 hours

Minus: The plain from LGA had to return to the gate for maintenance, it made to ROC almost on time.

Minus: It was a Great flight. I always enjoy flying Delta

Minus: Being given seats at the gate. I like to choose my seat.

Minus: Plane left without me. My record indicated 9am departure, but at 845 when I landed (late). The attendant confirmed that I had missed the plane.

Plus: The crew was nice. The seats were ok.

Minus: The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed without explanation for nearly an hour. I managed to make my connection to Frankfurt, but my luggage did not. I’m hoping it will arrive today.

Minus: Poor organization, 2 hour line to check your bag, crowding due to lack of communication and organization at the gate, slow luggage boarding. All of which led to a 45 minute delay sitting on a hot and unairconditioned flight followed by a missed connection and 6 hour wait at the next airport. There was no entertainment inflight, so nothing there to rate. The staff were pleasant under the conditions. Nothing else was positive.

Plus: no remarks. everything fine for a short flight

Minus: Breakfast for economy:))

Minus: More than one and half hours delay, at least they flight attendants should offer customers more than just a drink

Plus: Great service and very polite staff

Plus: The flight was great. No complains to the crew.

Minus: The drop-off bags at LAX is a mess and you have to stand in two separate lines to drop off your bag. First you have to print the tag and then go to another long line be with 2 employees only to drop it of instead of having one place to print and drop off at the same time. Poor system. Moreover while there was plenty of time my bag did not make it on the same flight. It will arrive on the next flight hopefully. I had to wait in another line for 30 minutes to arrange the delivery and verify all my information. I truly believe that to make a trip great both arms - the airport and the flight experience should be perfect. Unfortunately the ground experience does not allow me to give a higher rating.

Minus: my first flight overseas. friendly staff. movies ..headphones..pillow and blankets included. 2 beverages included with meal. only downside was paying for checked bag. looks like that is included on the return flight so that won't be and issue on the way home. no issues with carryons.

Minus: Flew SAS Plus. Extra seat width and leg room made all the difference versus SAS Go. Money well spent.

Plus: Great crew n comfort.

Minus: Going through customs and an additional security check prior to boarding was the worst. It caused the flight to depart 15 minutes late.

Minus: This airline is borderline budget airline even in business class.

Minus: I requested Asian vegetarian meal and I got regular vegetables and some products used by people with Celiac problems, even the wrapping of the "fake" bread says that it was for people with celiac problems. I tried three monitors and none worked properly. Any way with the poor selections of movies I did not miss it. I only missed it because I like to watch the flying statistics.
