Plus: The flight is easy to check gave us 23kgs check in luggage 46kgs if u have intl flight. Free hotel with breakfast. Not bad at all.
Minus: They require us to get the luggage and check in again tomorrow.
Minus: Nothing. I was sent to two long layovers in China and was told they were too long for them to take me without a visa for China. I was not told I needed one for any layover. I had to purchase a ticket on another site to get home or be stranded in Manila. Kayak doesn't have a customer service number to fix this.
Plus: Getting off of the plane
Minus: This was a discount garbage carrier. I have ridden on cargo boats off the coast of Nicaragua that I would recommend before Xiamen. They don’t give you your connecting boarding pass when you leave the country. You have to go through China’s bullshit customs service three times just to get to your next flight. Chinese customs is like a bowl full of retarted fish smelling their own farts. Six people doing nothing while one blithering idiot Stubles through paperwork.
Minus: Crew forced me to change my upgraded comfort seat to accommodate a 12 year old who they knew was going to be airsick. So I spent the first half of the flight next to a vomiting girl. Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service.

Minus: Many flights were grounded for several hours because of some airline operational glitch. We were provided with no information or guidance about how to resume our travels. As we tried to sort ourselves out we were sent from lineup to lineup without much progress or friendly service.
Minus: No kiosk at airport. Even tho you have a etickst they make you print one. Which means a huge line. Whats the point

Minus: The service specifically the transfer service. They weren’t helpful at all. I’m so turned off how the staff treated me. It is also not clear that I need to book a hotel thru the airline during my 13 hours transit. I was thrown back & forth like a ball. No help was done. How come an airline imposed such rule?! Worse part during flight I feel cold & asked for a blanket. We reached destination No blanket ever!! Not recommended. First & last!!!
