Beställde frukost till rummet o fick till svar att det tar ca 20 minuter, frukosten kom efter ca 50 minuter!
definitely a different style hotel but we still loved the concept. staff was very friendly. we would definitely stay here again. since there wasn't any superfluous people like bell boys or concierge desks, I wish I saw a lil more savings and value in the price to stay here.
Private rooftop bar and cozy lobby hangout space. European style breakfast lounge and 24 hr snack pantry. Room was small (though big for New York!) yet thoughtfully laid out with clever use of space. Fun/funky upscale low key vibe just perfect. Midtown location excellent for exploring NYC and checking out theatre scene. Daily complimentary bottled water. Friendly, helpful staff If you pay for your breakfasts when you check in you save a couple bucks vs. paying on day of. I can understand that you'd want to have an estimate of how many diners they will be but, come on, this felt a little nickel and dime-y when everything else was so seamless.
Very good, central location on 7th Avenue. Just a few blocks from Times Square, Central Park, immediately adjacent to Broadway...can easily walk (or use subway) to anywhere in Midtown. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Had a decent breakfast bar in the lobby with very kind, courteous employees staffing it. Was an enjoyable visit every morning, though it's primarily only got muffins, fruit, and coffee. Room was very minimalist and small. Bed was not particularly comfortable. TV only has a few channels and reception was fuzzy on about half of them. Wi-fi is not free - costs roughly $15 per day, less if you buy several days' worth of usage up front. Noise from the street below was pretty noticeable; it would have been very difficult to tune it out completely had I not been using ear plugs. Basically, it's cheaper than the other (nicer, I would assume) hotels in the area, but the location could make it worthwhile if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in your room...and it's NYC, so why would you? Spend a lot of time out in Manhattan, making use of the great location, and you won't mind the facilities as much.
Place, location, access, and security
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was excellent for our needs. The hotel is tired and worn. It needs an injection of cash to update and refresh the rooms and fixtures. It wasn't the worst place to stay because it was clean and the location was great. The front desk was understaffed at both check-in and check-out. This created long lines and long waits. We had to wait an hour for our room to be ready because they were behind on their turn-overs and we arrived at 8PM. They need to hire more staff for peak times.
Location Too noisy
Location 1. No communication by hotel staff. They tried to place us in a room that is half the size of a regular room without even telling us when we checked in. We found about this when we actually entered the room. After that we had to reconcile this very uncomfortable and unexpected experience. 2. Hotel management spent 10 minutes explaining how they cannot keep the fully paid room and that upon check in they will place and assign the room of their availability. Why bother and pay in advance if there is no guarantee? 3. We didn't feel hospitality was there at all. It truly came across as just another place interested in making money rather than building long lasting experience 4. Hotel is definitely run down and it stinks super bad. 5. We would not recommend this hotel and definitely would not have given it 3 stars. Stay some place else!

The location was ideal as it was close to tourist attractions. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had a very festive luxurious feel. The rooms however were comfortable, standard but clean and gave Bath and Body Works as complimentary toiletries which was a nice touch. Staff were also friendly. Chargable WIFI - We live in a day and age where communication abroad is important to some. Free WIFI should've been included with the room as it wasn't cheap to book here and would be nice if it was complimentary like other hotels in the area. Also we stayed in room 754 where the air con fan wouldn't switch off (in December)!
Noise from nearby club was very present in the room every night until 2AM
Location was fantastic, as it was easily accessible to Central Park and train stations. Breakfast selection was great, since it was included in part of the $40 per day per person deal. I am having mixed feelings about the $40 per day per person charge, since the only benefit to someone who is on a business trip might be the breakfast (which was great). But I guess everyone might want an option to opt in or out for such fees. Housekeeping was bad - requested some extra hangers/hairdryer at night but never came. I had to remind them the next morning for it. Same deal when they make up the room - sometimes they are missing bottles of water, others they forget to replenish towels. No standardization in the process. I do not exactly feel the five stars was well deserved as compared to other hotels.
Room was clean. The ugly bath tub. Noisy heating system and bad pluming pipes made a awful noise all night . Didn't sleep well and was up early and checked out. This hotel was recommended to my spouse and I.
Love the location. Youssef at the front desk was wonderful and helpful. Always a smile on his face.
The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient, especially Justyna from Reception/Reservation. Location is awesome. The hotel has a great security policy. We felt secured. The hotel physical looks need to be updated and maintained. This may upgrade the hotel in general and compete with other hotels in the area.

Location wasn't too bad. Very close to Times square. Walking distance to Broadway shows and shops. Extremely small bathroom with no ventilation. Walls are thin. Could here everything going on outside like the windows we open even though they weren't. No dresser to put clothes in. Very basic. Loud air conditioner. Laundry facilities would help a lot! Took forever to get an elevator bc they were always full. St Front desk staff not so friendly. Conceirse service not useful at all. Didn't even try to help us figure out things to do. Very disappointed.

I thought the hotel had some very positive attributes such as the entertance to the building and the location of the hotel but these positive atrributes were over shadowed by the disappointing service I had encountered here I was extremely unsatisfied with the service at the hotel. When I first arrived in my hotel room I found that the bathroom door knob was somewhat broken and the toilet handle was difficult to use making it hard to flush at times. My room was supposed to come with a coffee maker in it and there was not one. I was not upset with that fact but what did upset me was that when I called to have one delivered, I was told that one would be brought up right away. This however was not the case, I called the front desk again about 20 or so minutes later and they apologized and told me one would be sent up. Another 15 minutes went by and I was still kept waiting for the coffee maker. I called the front desk for a third time and they transferred me somewhere in the hotel where I was told that the person that was to bring the coffee went on lunch, considering I called way before noon this was very frustrating. After waiting a whole hour I finally received the coffee machine and to my surprise was just a simple keurig machine that anyone could of brought up to my room. Another issue that I faced here was upon checking out. I had called the front desk an hour and a half before it was time to check out to have them send security to my room because the safe was no longer working and to have them bring my car out of the parking garage, they asked for my ticket number which was to be given to me by the doorman at my arrival, sadly no such ticket was given to me when the doorman took my car.The front desk basically told me there was nothing they could do without the ticket number and sent my call to the doorman for him to assist me. I waited on the line and the phone just continued to ring with no response. I called back to the front desk after a period of time because I was still waiting for security to open the safe and to get the car issue settled and ended up being transferred from person to person and no one was helping me locate my car. It became evident that I would have to go to the front desk to get this handle because nothing was getting handled. At the desk they insisted that I had received a ticket, which was 100 percent false if I had received the ticket I wouldn't have been in the situation I was in. It wasn't until a manager came over and took over and helped my situation by having the doorman go an physically check the lot for my car, and when he returned I was again forced to wait at least another half an hour to get my car which I didn't quite understand why it wasn't taken out of the lot while the doorman was already over there. I really am not one to complain but when I'm paying over 500 dollars to stay at a hotel I'd expect my service to be much better than the way I was treated.
With its location just hard to compete but, anything beyond that is not remarkable. The hotel old fashioned, we change three rooms and still have not found a room that has hot water which meets our demands. Only after a number of requests thay sent a plumber who fixed the problem. Very suitable for those who want mainly to visit the city and get a good-value because of the location. This huge hotel stay can not offer much more.

The hotel and staff were pleasant. Our room was nice and clean. Rooms are small but we expected that. The hotel is very busy. We were there for fun and enjoyed the craziness. New York never sleeps, but I like to. Bring ear plugs if you stay in Time Square. New Yorkers like their car horns.

Man blir alltid väl omhändertagen av en vänlig personal och rummen är rena och bekväma och läget kunde knappast vara bättre. Det finns endast två datorer för alla gäster att gå ut på webben. Två till skulle inte skada. så att alltför stor köbildning inte uppstår. Duschens munstycke är minst sagt irriterande med en slags roterande stråle som är ganska stark. Ett silande duschmunstycke är effektivare och behagligare.

Hotellet har ett perfekt lage for shopping, museer och subway-buss. Teaterdistriktet er endast 15 min. till fots.

Läget /foajen Rumets standard är ett 2* hotell och 20år gammalt !
Hotellets läge var mycket bra med närhet till det mesta på Manhattan samt en utmärkt restaurang. Att inte frukosten var inräknat i rumspriset samt att städningen kunde varit bättre liksom standarden på rummen.
Det centrala läget Det saknades kylskåp med buteljerat vatten på rummet. Ej tillräckligt tryck eller för lite vatten vid full öppning av kranar.

Time Hotel har ett toppläge , jättebra rum , personalen är mycket trevlig och framförallt mycket hjålpsamma,samt en bra frukostrestaurang. Kan faktiskt inte komma på någonting.
Trevlig och tjänstvillig personal,närheten till TimeSquare/ Brodway och många andra sevärdheter var perpekt, och nära till bra shopping .Återkommer gärna.
Det bästa med hotellet var läget och att det var tyst på nätterna, trots det centrala läget. Det är isåfall städningen och att air conditioner hade ett högt ljud (vi stängde av dessa på natten).
Near Times Square, cleanliness and open room with large window...
The bathroom was very undesirable!! From the door not shutting all the way (sitting at the desk you could see the person sitting on the toilet because there was that much of a gap) to the shower that everyone can see your shadow in - so uncomfortable with others in the room
Easy walk over to Times Square. The room was beautiful and I really felt like I got a great deal staying here! It's New York so of course it was a tight fit, but our family of four in the double deluxe room never felt too crowded. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood was close enough to Subways and other destinations, but far enough from all the action and noise. Will definitely remember this place the next time I visit New York! The only issue that ever came up was the shower would leak a bit into the hallway floor.

The staff was always helpful and the room and bathroom were a large size for normal NYC hotels. The bed frames stick out beyond the mattresses, and we banged shins against them three times during our stay. We think they should try to pad those corners.
Great location! We stayed at The Peal because we visited NYC to see Wicked. The Pearl was perfect because were only two blocks from the Gershwin Theater. Beyond this, lots of food and shopping places are nearby. On one occasion, we ate next door at the E&E Grill - fantastic! N/A
The service. The staff was friendly and professional. We booked a Queen suite and were upgraded to a King upon arrival.
The hotel was completely booked, so we got a complimentary suite upgrade! The bathroom was incredible, bigger and more luxurious than mine at home. The beds are extremely comfortable. Location is also fantastic, on the north side of Times Square so well-situated for midtown sightseeing. Like many hotels which include a continental breakfast, the dining area can be claustrophobic at busy times. But the food at breakfast was excellent. The nightly wine and cheese reception is from 4 to 5 p.m., which is too short and too early to be beneficial if one is trying to sightsee during the day and go to the theater at night.

The hotel was very clean, and good sized rooms and bathrooms. Very good location. Walking distance to many sites and very close to the subway. Grocery store 1/2 block. Continental breakfast was perfect. No dislikes!

Läget på hotellet och den fantastiska frukosten
Katastrof!! Jag bokade hotellet för mitt företages räkning. Vi ville ha delade sänger (twin) och när jag gör bokningen på er hemsida så står det klart och tydligt att rummen jag bokar har två separata sängar. När vi kommer till hotellet så framkommer att så inte är fallet. Utan våra rum består istället av ett stycket väldigt liten säng (ca 130cm bred). Hotellet säger att de kan se att en "önskan" om separata sängar är skickad men inget som de har bekräftat tillbaka och detta är heller inget som framkommit till mig. Det slutar med att vi tyvärr ändå måste sova där en natt (fullvuxna människor är alltså tvungna att dela på en så liten säng) vilket slutar i total katastrof och sedan betydligt dyrare hotellnätter än vad som var tänkt. Svar???
Det är väldigt bra läge, nära till shopping. Har en jättegod frukost. Det luktade jättestark doft i receptionen o matsalen.
