När väl ute fanns bara 1 service desk till hela planet, jag kunde åka hem och sova och skita i vouchers men de som behövde hotell lär ha väntat halva natten. Det enda som var ok var att de svarade snabbt på telefon följande morgon - men meddelade inte som man sagt den nya bokningen via sms eller mail!"

Att gå ombord var kaos och en del förändringar med att gå ombord. Det som ni har kunnat att göra är att komma ut med tydliga information och tydliga instruktioner till resenärer så att de inte agerar på egna händer tex när de står i kön kunde de som var vid disken att tala om i högtalaren till resenärer att sätta sig ner och ropar endast på dem som har sittplatser längst in i flyget och var noga med att kontrollera sittplatser vid på stigning så att de underlättar senare steget när resenärerna är på flyget. Det finns en del som man kunde ha gjort men jag har tyvärr inte tid att skriva allt här. Lycka till

All other staff members were on their personal cell phones and would not answer our questions. By the time our boarding passes we’re printed (an hour later)we had to run to our gate in order to make our flight. This left us no time to contact our driver who was picking us up and let him know when our next flight was arriving. We’re extremely disappointed in the customer service and appalled at the lack of professionalism."

Very cordial flight crew. The little travel kits were an added bonus. Having sandals on a 13 hour flight was a blessing instead of putting on shoes every time you have to to to the WC."

We had to take a bus, and walk on the tarmac, it was windy and if we had paper or passports on hand they could fly away. They left us in the hot bus with no AC until the driver went and found the crew members to give us the okay to get on the plane. Once on the plane, the crew were there for No help, our kids wanted to drink water so they said there is cold water in a bottle for sale at 3 euros but as we asked for regular water with ice, they gave us warm water and said they had no ice. what a heck? the official Austrian airline company that was giving water with no ice? my kids wanted the regular pretzels given away in aircraft fares we have been in, and Austrian airlines did not have anything free, everything was for sale. With that experience, we will NEVER take Austrian airlines ever in our lives and will tell everyone we know about this disappointing experience. Even the cheapest companies like EasyJet had better services.

There was one flight attendant on this plane that was very rude to the passengers. She was one of the younger ladies. I don’t remember ever getting her name but the way she is acting is unacceptable.

Austrian airlines food is really good compared to more recent airlines I’ve been on

The woman behind me gave me the local phone number for Austrian airlines and I was able to get on a flight to US leaving in 30 minutes. I managed to make it, and would not have had I waited another hour in line. Why no surge of staff to help? All 3 help numbers on my Lufthansa e-mail receipt could not help. Horrible experience."

boarding in mumbai was a mess.. It felt like 80% of the flight boarded in the pre boarding section which was meant only for people with special needs and with children. The staff who were checking their documents just did not care if they were supposed to be in this line or not. Lets hope they improve on this

en väldigt dålig ombordstigning. Alla skulle vänta på alla och en som organiserade ombordstigningen som inte kunde använda mikrofonen. Var väldigt mycket otydligheter och alla grymtade bak i kön.

Sitter man här i Prague utan ombyte och vinterjacka som checkades in med väskan eftersom man blev ombed at på grund av fullsatt plan checka in sitt handbagage vid gaten innan man skulle kliva ombord. Ingen direkt ursäkt och inte det minsta fundering om att erbjudas möjlighet att anskaffa någon vinter jacka. Inte bra."

Minus: "The airplane left Barcelona late and arrived in Frankfurt late. Lufthansa only allowed a 45 minute layover in Frankfurt to catch our connecting flight to Seattle. Because we arrived late - we only had 20 minutes to catch our connecting flight to Seattle. What made this an awful experience is that the flight from Barcelona landed at Gate A - our connecting flight was at Gate Z. This was as about as far away from each gate as you could get. This was over a mile to run in order to catch our connecting flight - I hurt my hamstring during the run. The Lufthansa "assisting agent" in the Frankfurt terminal was less than helpful and laughed when we told her where our connecting gate was. Not only did she laugh but she did not offer any assistance to get us to the gate on time. Prior to our trip - I called Lufthansa and voiced my concern that a 45 minute layover for an international flight was not a lot of time for us to make a connecting flight. The agent I spoke with said that legally - 45 minutes was a standard lay over for Lufthansa and she did not offer me any alternatives. This was not a pleasant experience with Lufthansa and I doubt we will fly with you again."

A few more signs in multiple languages at the security checkpoint would have made the line go faster. Same thing at the ticket check-in counter."

They didnt let me do the check in online. That was terrible cause I was coming from another country,so I had to go oit the airport and go un again through controls. They Also made me pay more for my bag which was very light. And the personal was not so nice.

Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs."

After all that, the airline changed my seat without warning, moving me from the window seat I selected (and paid for) to a middle seat. Where did they get the idea I would think that was OK? Then the flight was delayed, almost missed my connection. Boarding and exiting the aircraft were zoos. Eminently unrepeatable."

I simply had to go with 'belief' that my special meal would be there. They did not have any other options . The food they served was so unpalatable that I threw up. I threw up in a plastic bag, as opposed to a barf bag. I didnt have time to get it out from the seat pocket. When I called the flight attendant for assistsnce, she was so rude in pointing that I should have used the barf bag and not a plastic bag. Very unempathetic. They did not check on me after that. The flight was so hot, and too crammed. Old plane. The entertainment was unentertaining. I would never fly this airline again."

Once on board, when the meal was served, the breakfast meal had the scrambled eggs soaked with water, so didn't get the amazing food that others have talked about., Before landing, we were served a long sandwich that was very amateurish. Boarding was chaotic - as typical in many places in Europe, there is no boarding order - just people forming a line and getting on the plane."
